A tejet langyosítsd meg majd add hozzá a cukrot és az élesztőt. Szórd bele a lisztet, a sót és az apróra vágott olívabogyókat, majd addig keverd, míg össze nem áll. Ekkor öntsd bele az olajat, és addig gyúrd, míg magába nem szívja.
Letakarva pihentesd kb. fél órát, utána kis gombócokra oszd szét, és a gombócokból sodorj hosszú, nagyon vékony rudakat. Ezeket helyezd a sütőpapíros tepsire és 200-220 fokos sütőben körülbelül 20 perc alatt süsd ropogósra.
